釹鐵硼永磁介紹
燒結(jié)釹鐵硼
燒結(jié)釹鐵硼永磁體是由金屬釹、鐵以及硼和其他一些稀土元素構(gòu)成的一種高性能永久磁體,收于其優(yōu)異的性能、合理的價格正得以迅猛的發(fā)展和廣泛的應(yīng)用。
主要應(yīng)用
廣泛地應(yīng)用在微特電機、永磁儀表、電子工業(yè)、汽車工業(yè)、石油代、核磁共振裝置、音響器材、磁性傳動機構(gòu)和磁聞設(shè)務(wù)等方向。
主要特點:
釹鐵硼磁鐵容易生銹、氧化,所以對釹鐵硼磁鐵,其表面通常需作電鍍處理,如鍍鎳、鋅、銀、金等,也可以做鈍化處理或噴環(huán)氧樹脂來減慢其氧代速度。
第三代稀土永磁釹鐵硼(NdFeB)是當代磁體中性能最強的永磁體,它不僅具有高剩磁、高矯頑力、高磁能積、高性能價格比等特性,而且容易加工成各種尺寸,現(xiàn)已廣泛應(yīng)用于航空、航天、電子、電聲、機電、儀器、儀表、醫(yī)療技術(shù)及其它需永磁場的裝置和設(shè)備中,特別適用于研制高性能、小型化、輕型化的各種換代產(chǎn)品。
